When sending in or replacing your rotary valve cover, you need to get the part number off of it first.
Step 1 - remove the cover and manifold off the ski. See the Install/Removal Guides for details.
Step 2 - Separate the intake manifold (what the carb(s) bolt to) from the rotary valve cover. The number location is shown below:
