Is there anything good or bad I should know about the 800 or 700 series. Please inform I am in the market for a Yamaha used ski I need help deciding which one I should stay way from. I owned an 1100 Venture and Kawasaki 750ssi. I will be replacing the Kawasaki.

The 700 series is bulletproof. The 800's have issues with powervalves - do a search, it's been discussed.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

Can I add a meter display on the 700, if anyone has done one where can I obtain the display, how much does it cost to do it and is the ski pre-wired for it.Comment

im sure you would have to swap electronics. you could get a tiny tach which should have all the functions you need ecep for the mph gauge.Comment
