  • Question about 95 spx

I am looking at a 1995 SD SPX. It has a rebuilt motor in it with a 1mm overbore(20hrs). What should the compression be. Also are there any things I should look for in the ski. Does $1250 sound right for the ski and trailer (99 Confab). Recently checked out by local dealer and given a good bill of health so to speak. What are your opinions, comments, ideas. This ski will serve as a companion ski to my Polaris SL 750. I needed something cheap that would last a fe years and could find parts just about anywhere if something were to fail. Thanks

Compression should be at least 145, no more then 7 psi differnce between jugs. Use the Search feature and look for what to inspect on used skis - I know there are a few good threads about it.
