4Tec plug gap?

what should the plugs on a 4TEC be gapped at?

i also have a '96XP, if i were to bump the compression to say 170psi and install a FP spec 1, should i run a cooler plug? BR9ES instead of BR8ES?

I cannot recall what the gap for a 4 TEC is, but yes run BR9ES if you have 170 psi pumping compression on your 96 785 motor.
