Help? How Do I?

I have a 95 seadoo sportser boat and I need to replace the upholstery on the rear back rest and arm rest. How do I get the thing off. I know it comes off in one piece I removed to bolts in the engine compartment but I cant reach the armrest bolts or clamps or whatever holds it on. ? is how do I remove it without sliding a hacksaw blade under the armrest. I need someone with a skinny six-foot arm.lol
