Yesterday, while replacing the spark plugs, I noticed that the engine in my 1997 SeaDoo GTX was loose. It could be moved side to side about 1/2 to 1 inch. My first thought was there was a broken motor mount. However, upon inspection they all seemed fine. What the problem turned out to be was the 5 bolts across the back of the engine that secure it to the engine mount bracket were loose. 3 in fact were about to fall out. Tightening the 5 bolts solved the problem. I thought I would share this in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
